really wanna like do something for myself so yep ...
below are five things i wanna try to do and make them like a habit for a better me?
apparent reports says that it takes about 21 days to form up a habit so, let's do this!!!
1. Drink more water
make water like the first thing that enters my mouth to like the stomach and all.
water is some healthy shit that i need more
2. 20 sit-ups and push ups at least
like the very very minimal i should do ...
seriously need to do something to maintain my weight and like ... figure
before and after sleeping hmm ?
3. take more photos or videos
of like everything and like really keep these memories
4. stop double-ticking people
like when it comes to messaging, i really like to reply that person when i can afford to give them the full attention and not like those half-fucked replies but then again, i'm like opening it like ... by accident so ... yknow blue-ticks or double-ticks actually happened ya
damn guilty of this but i really don't mean it so ...

5. wake up early.
it really doesnt matter what time i sleep at but ...
let's just try to not waste so much time sleeping through the day!
there's so much more i can do in the day then at night!!
6. be even more grateful and even more appreciative to not everyone but people who really matters to me ...
it's time to grow up from the fact that not everyone you cares, love you appreciate you for who you are and unless you can do it without asking for anything in return, stop being so naive and go all the way out for people who don't even appreciate your efforts.
